The History of Dollard House, Wellington Quay

Set on the ground floor of the fabulous and historic Dollard Printing House, the building itself is the oldest steel frame structure in Ireland dating back to 1886.

Situated close to the site of the original Custom House by Thomas Burgh, the design with its arched entrances and dormer windows is quite reminiscent or Burgh’s work. We’ve taken great care to make sure that it has been meticulously and sympathetically restored, to create a unique dining experience boasting the best in Irish and international fare.
