Casual Chinese dining, but not as you know it. Our wide ranging and varied menu at RICE promises familiar Chinese dishes, from delicate Cantonese cooking to fiery Sichuan delights, cooked fresh, straight to your plate.
Perfect for sharing (or not) starters including crispy, shredded Peking duck. Mains and sides to suit every taste and spice level, with Sichuan prawns or coconut chicken curry. There’s also plenty for veggie lovers including salt and chilli tofu and wok fried aubergine.
Coo Coo Indian
Created by the team behind Dublin’s Doolally restaurant, CooCoo Indian is the spice you need in your life. Executive Chef Shloke Chhabra has created a menu that centres around an array of delectable curries, including all-time favourites Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh, creamy Korma, and Paneer Makni, as well as the fragrant, one pot vegetable biryani, a classic dish with basmati rice, browned onions, herbs and spices.
The menu also features a selection of starters, inspired by the street foods of India, from onion and samphire bhajis coated with gram flour and spices, to light and crisp potato and cauliflower pakodas with chat masala and homestyle tomato chili sauce, and Irish lamb chops seasoned with turmeric, paprika, coriander and cooked in the tandoor. Sides and breads are the perfect accompaniment for sharing. Shloke’s signature Black Lentils, slow cooked with ginger, tomato, butter and cream, are not to be missed (perfect for dipping a crisp and steaming naan in to!).
All dishes are prepared from scratch with the very best spices ground in house, using traditional Indian cooking techniques and tools such as the tandoor oven.

Dollard New York Style Pizza has been created by our team of expert and passionate pizza chefs, who pride themselves on using the best quality ingredients to create the most delicious pizza around.
Finished in our wood fired pizza oven, it’s the perfect combination of crispy, chewy crusts and authentic bold flavours. Dollard New York Style Pizza is available in 12″ full pizza or by the jumbo slice (they’re big!).
Double 8 is a dumpling bar dishing up carefully crafted, freshly prepared, authentic dumplings cooked to order. That’s it!
Why Double 8? Eight has always been regarded as the luckiest number in Chinese culture. The pronunciation of 8 (‘baat’ in Cantonese or ‘ba’ in Mandarin) sounds like the word for fortune and double fortune is always better than single! Created by Irish born Chinese Emma Luk, Double 8 strives to blend these two cultures together by crafting homemade dumplings with fresh local ingredients.
Our compact menu comprises five dumpling dishes, tasty sides, and some sweet desserts. We source locally where possible and make and fill our dumplings fresh daily.
